The credit balance works like a virtual piggy bank where we deposit the amount of a refund into your customer account.
If you have a credit balance in your account, it will be automatically deducted from your next purchase. Just confirm your new order, you don’t need to do anything different.
- If the amount of your new order is greater than the credit balance you have, you can pay the difference with the payment method of your choice.
- If the amount of the new order is less, you won’t need to pay anything more and will retain the remaining balance for future use.
The invoice for your new order will show all the usual items and a breakdown of the various payment methods used.
