The invoices we issue are generally in simplified format (without billing information). This type of invoice is a perfectly valid document as proof of purchase, and with it, you can process possible returns or warranties without any problem.
If you need an invoice with your details, you can directly access the “Orders and Invoices” section of your customer account and request the invoice from the order itself by clicking the “Invoice” button and selecting the option “Request Invoice with Details”. Please note that the date of the new invoice will be the day it is corrected.
For shipments to mainland Spain and other European Union countries, the invoice will be generated within 24/72 hours after shipment.
For deliveries to the Canary Islands, the invoice is issued at the end of the week in which the order is delivered.
When the destination is Ceuta, Melilla or Andorra, we include the invoice in paper form with the order, as it will need to go through a customs process.
CORRECTED INVOICES
We usually issue them due to a return. You can find them in your order panel, along with the sales invoices for each of them.
VAT AND IGIC ON OUR INVOICES
Invoices for mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, and destinations within the European Union include VAT.
Invoices for the Canary Islands include IGIC.
Invoices for Ceuta, Melilla, or Andorra do not include VAT.
TAX FREE
If you reside in a VAT-exempt territory but are visiting here, you can request Tax Free.
INVOICE HOLDER
The invoice holder is the individual or legal entity you indicated when confirming the order, in the billing information section.
Once an invoice has been issued, it is not possible to change the holder. This is a legal requirement.
FORM 347 - ANNUAL INFORMATIVE DECLARATION OF OPERATIONS WITH THIRD PARTIES
You can obtain Form 347 from your “Customer Panel”, under the “My Documents” option, which will automatically appear if your purchase volume exceeds €3,000 over the course of a year. This document indicates the exact amount we have invoiced you and a list of the invoices with the amount of each one.
CAN THE INVOICE DATE BE CHANGED?
Once an invoice is issued, it is not possible to change its issue date or number. If you need your purchase invoice to have a date before the closing of a tax period, please ensure that you make your purchases within that time frame.
EQUIVALENCE SURCHARGE
If you have a retail business and are registered with the Tax Agency under the special Equivalence Surcharge regime, you must complete and submit the document found at the end of this article to our Customer Service team with your information to activate invoice issuance with the surcharge on your account. If, on the other hand, you have deregistered from this special regime and wish to stop being invoiced with this surcharge, please contact us to deactivate it.
Please note that if you have an active order pending shipment and invoicing, we can only activate or deactivate the surcharge for subsequent orders after that one.
