| Do game download codes expire? | All game download promotions have a deadline to redeem the codes. Sometimes it is several weeks, other times it is several months to download. Please check the terms of the promotion and download your game as soon as possible. |
| When should I place the order to be eligible for the promotion? | For your item to benefit from a promotion, the order date must be within the offer period. If it is not, either because you bought it before or after the promotion period, even by just one day, we cannot provide you with a code; the manufacturer will not give it to us. For these purposes, the order date is what matters. |
