The financial institution has rejected my financing application

At PcComponentes, we do not receive any information from Cetelem, Oney, or Aplazame regarding their analysis and resolution processes for applications.

We know that financing has been accepted only when we receive payment via transfer. Please note that only orders from individual customers, freelancers, and pensioners with a billing address in Spain are financed, so it is not possible to manage it as a company.

If your request has been denied, we recommend that you cancel your order and place a new one with a different payment method. To find out the reasons for the denial, you should contact the financial institution:
