At PcComponentes, we ship orders to Ceuta or Melilla exclusively via GLS. They include the export DUA (Customs Declaration for Export) in the shipping costs. This is separate from the import DUA, which you will need to handle upon delivery of the package.
IMPORT DUA
In Melilla, as we understand it, there is no import DUA.
IPSI
In Ceuta and Melilla, IPSI (Tax on Production, Services, and Importation) applies, which is a tax applied to the invoice and is settled and paid directly upon delivery of the package to the relevant authorities, never to PcComponentes.
For all orders destined for Ceuta or Melilla, we include the purchase invoice in the package, for customs inspection purposes. It is a legal requirement, and the invoice will always show the full value of the goods sent excluding taxes, as these are settled at customs.
