1. You can check your credit balance in your customer panel, within the section “Credit Balance”.
2. The accumulated credit balance will be valid for purchases made on the website (only for products shipped by PcComponentes, Marketplace products are excluded).
3. The credit balance will be personal and non-transferable.
4. For purchases made using the credit balance, the normal purchase terms will apply. Similarly, the return of any product purchased using a credit balance will be subject to the same conditions as other products purchased on our website. In any case, the customer may choose to accumulate the balance again as a credit or request a refund.
5. The credit balance does not expire and at any time the customer can request its refund, which will be processed using the same method that generated the balance.
6. It can be used to pay for an order in full or in part, if the order amount exceeds the available balance. If part of the payment is made by another method, the general conditions for each payment method will also apply. Returns can be made using the same methods as the payment, in the corresponding percentage.
7. It is not necessary to use the entire credit balance in a single purchase. The remaining balance will be accumulated in the customer’s account and can be used for future orders or requested for a refund.
8. In the case of requesting a credit balance refund, it will be to the original payment method.
