For items shipped by PcComponentes, the shipping costs include: the setup service and the collection of the old appliance.
When adding the product to the cart, in the “Delivery Options” step, you can view the shipping conditions by clicking on +info:

Additional Service
At PcComponentes, the shipping of our white goods includes a free additional service that includes placement and setup*, as well as removal of your old appliance (if it is already disconnected and dismantled).
Appliances with setup:
Washing machines, washer-dryers, dishwashers, dryers, refrigerators, freezers.
“Setup” includes:
- Unpacking and inspection of the appliances. *
- Unblocking (washing machines), leveling, and placement of the appliance.
- Connecting the appliance to the water and electricity supply, provided no additional materials are required and it complies with current regulations.
- Simple test to ensure the appliance works correctly
Refrigerators require a rest period before setup of between 3 and 12 hours.
* The customer must ensure there is enough space for the appliance to be accessed to the home. If the appliance needs to be unpacked due to space constraints, this will be done at the customer’s risk.
Does not include:
- Integration of built-in appliances, or dismantling of the old one.
- Changing the door opening direction.
- Additional carpentry, electrical or plumbing work.
- Installation of parts or materials not included with the appliance.
- Extension of existing installations at the home.
- Dismantling and removal of your old appliance.
If additional work not included in the service is required, the product will be left uninstalled where the customer specifies.
For Marketplace orders, you can choose whether you want it delivered and installed at your home, or if you prefer it to be left at the curb.
Depending on the seller, delivery options may vary; not all offer the same services.
